Welcome to Future Gate Business Services LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement of our services and use of our website. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Engagement of Services

All engagements between Future Gate Business Services LLC ("Future Gate", "we", "us") and the client ("you", "your") shall be governed by a signed service agreement or proposal. These Terms and Conditions supplement any such agreement. In the event of a conflict, the specific service agreement shall prevail.

2. Service Scope

Future Gate provides business services in Syria including but not limited to:

  • Company formation and commercial registration
  • Human resources and payroll management
  • Immigration and visa processing
  • Employment outsourcing services
  • Document attestation and legalization
  • Legal and compliance advisory
  • Relocation and logistics support

The specific services to be provided will be detailed in your service agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documentation required for service delivery
  • Respond to requests for information or documentation in a timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Syria
  • Make payments as agreed in the service agreement
  • Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect the services being provided

4. Fees & Payment

Service fees will be outlined in your service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless a different payment schedule is agreed
  • All fees are quoted in Syrian Pounds (SYP) unless otherwise stated
  • Government fees, third-party charges, and disbursements are additional and will be invoiced separately
  • Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required for service delivery, with your consent, or as required by law. Our confidentiality obligations survive termination of the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Future Gate shall exercise reasonable care and skill in providing services. However:

  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by government authorities, third parties, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from government applications or processes

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees for services rendered shall become immediately payable
  • Client documents will be returned upon request and settlement of outstanding fees
  • Confidentiality obligations shall continue to apply

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Syria.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
